We were asked to come with a proposal to redesign the ground floor public areas of the Danish Embassy in Paris. Our inspiration was open, light, simple space using a minimum of materials. Stone from Denmark – Bornholm marble – white walls – and dyed oak wood. We also wanted to have visibility and connection throughout the space but still some division of different areas and therefor we used a graphic pattern printed on glass.
